French door refrigerator for a small space

The small refrigerator opening in my kitchen made it a challenge to find a French door refrigerator that would fit the space. This 20 cubic foot Frigidaire was the perfect option when so many others were too wide or too tall. I love the look of the stainless steel front without the water and ice dispenser on the exterior. The water dispenser on the inside of the door is perfect and the ice maker makes lots of small ice cubes. The refrigerator compartment is spacious and I'm anxious to see how the air filter helps to eliminate odors. The only downside is that the freezer space is much more limited than I am used to. I knew this when I purchased it and it's one of the drawbacks to needing an appliance to fit the space with less overall cubic feet than my previous refrigerator/freezer.

Honestly love the fridge. The water line was easy enough for the filtered water/ice maker. The ice cubes aren't too big. The compartments in the freezer are super handy. The only thing I would change is being able to open the right side and still be able to open the right drawer. Currently you have to open both doors in order to fully open it. The left side can be opened with just the left door open though so that helps.

From the look, quality and utility, this fridge checks all the boxes. It works really well but does at times seem tight on space in the freezer section. However, I take the blame for that because we only had so much space to work with where the fridge goes in our kitchen (our fridge options were limited to a certain width because we™€™re unable to put a larger fridge given the dimensions of the build ins around the fridge). The water dispenser is pretty slow/light. It takes awhile to fill up a standard cup. I mainly use it to refill my birds water bowls and use our Brita Filter for my wife and I. Don™€™t let me deter you however, this is the perfect purchase for our 1st home and is a grew product all around.

I gave the fridge a 4 star rating because I would love to have had split shelving to maximize storage areas. A gallon tea pitcher is so tall that it only allows a very short 3rd shelving option. Other than that I am pleased with the unit.

So far it™€™s been great! Had it a week and no issues yet. Sleek design, enough room for our needs of 2 in the household. We™€™re over 50 ,kids are grown and moved out. I™€™d say the only issue I have is that if you don™€™t close the freezer completely it has a beeping noise that is so very faint , you™€™d better have really bionic ears lolBut other than that, no issues yet have been seen so far.

To start off, we used to have Samsung appliances throughout and when we recently just moved into our new house, there was partly Samsung and LG. We recently just got rid of the fridge and went with the new Frigidaire. French door on top freezer on bottom. Water just on the inside of the left hand door with the icemaker on the inside of the freezer we got exactly what we wanted and no longer the issues that Samsung has with the ice and water on the door.

Great Looking Narrow French Door Fridge Option

I have a small space in my kitchen to fit the refrigerator which makes it tough to find something of decent quality, since it seems most small fridges are budget priced & lower end quality. But this Frigidaire Gallery option hit the sweet spot of a good-looking, quality french door fridge that was narrow enough to fit in my available space. We've had it for a few weeks now and it has kept everything in the fridge cold enough without freezing anything (like our old fridge did). And the freezer keeps everything frozen including my ice cream nice & hard which our garage freezer doesn't do well. Overall, this is a great fridge that doesn't break the bank I and I highly recommend it for anyone who has a small space.

Fridge works well enough. Shelves are placed a little oddly that you can't place a gallon of milk upright if you have all 3 placed equally, but nothing bigger than a flat of eggs will fit in the middle shelf if you move it up to fit the milk. Freezer very small, don't buy if you shop at Costco. Would've liked it some of the fridge space was sacrificed for the freezer.
