This is my 2nd gallery frig. This model not quite as nice as my first. The door shelves are not as high quality as before, they just might crack easily. The glass that makes the shelves could be a little wider, I have to readjust them often or they will fall off the lip that holds them in place. I love the fresh packet in the vegetable drawer, really helps with keeping produce fresh, and the filter for the unit keeps order away. This freezer is better than my first, love the ease of the 2 drawers, they hold a lot and are very convenient

We had a lot of issues involved with the delivery of our fridge and communication with customer service. First delivery was pushed back almost 2 weeks, which we weren't notified about until the day before our original date. Reached out to Frigidaire 3 times and they said they would reach out to the delivery company and try to get it moved up since we were still without a fridge. Frigidaire customer service said they would let us know what they found out two times. They never called us back and we finally figured out the new delivery date the third time we called them. The original fridge had a dent in the door. It wasn't terrible, so we were prepared to live with it but being a brand new fridge we just asked for some sort of discount. A few hundred dollars would have sufficed we thought, but rather than giving us a discount, they decided they would rather send us a new fridge. During both deliveries, the people who "installed" it did not undo any of the plastic wrap from inside the fridge and all they did was hook up the water. The second time the water connection was even broke by the installers to which they said I would have to go to the store and buy the new piece and I would be reimbursed. Looking back we would have saved ourselves a lot of headache just going to the local store and buying a fridge. All that said the actual fridge is not bad.

This refrigerator is narrow but accommodate quite a bit. The deli drawer and receptacle for a moisture absorber in the crisper is a plus. The refrigerator is also fairly quiet.

It is louder than our old Fridgidaire that I loved. The water from the fridge door is room temperature which is something I didn't realize when we purchased it. We bought this in the fall and it already won't make ice. The problem started when the water filter needed to be changed and did not resolve after the change. I'm really disappointed with this purchase.

We have had the fridge for a week now and so far so good. It looks very sleek and is easy to organize a lot of condiments in. I wish it came packaged differently upon arrival as even after it was installed there was blue tape everywhere, inside and outside, that isn't the easiest to get off. I also wish the plastic of the drawers felt a little less flimsy compared to our old fridge. Overall I am pleased with our purchase though, it replaced an old fridge that was hard to find stuff in and was continually leaking water (though it had no ice maker or water hookup).

It doesn't look much different than our LG we had. However the functionality is much better. They even remind you with a sticker if you don't use it, it will start to freeze together the ice. Wow. So helpful.

An upgrade to my previous side-by-side. The fingerprints-free texture of the outer surface is a great improvement as it will never have to be polished again to look good. We very much appreciate the interior lighting as well. It's bright and illuminates the interior so much better than the former incandescent appliance bulbs in older models. Water filtration is easily accessed and changed as well as an internal filter for keeping the air fresh inside. The ice maker is quick and efficient and the easy to use front panel adds a door open warning. A great buy and a great upgrade to the older models.

Easy to set-up, great instructions. Lot of room in the freezer and fridge compartment. So far I™™m loving my purchase. Absolutely love the water, cubed & crushed ice dispenser. Also, being able to lock the dispenser touch screen is the best part. My granddaughter ran over and the first thing she tried to do was push the buttons.

So far So great. I've only had it for a week or so, but it's been as advertised. Like the side by instead of the bottom freezer. Makes for easier cleaning and find food. It's nice and bright inside ,and the smudge proof stainless steel is a nice added touch.

We really like the new refrigerator. A nice change from the French door and bottom freezer. Only problem we have had is the ice maker froze only 3 weeks in and we had to thaw the entire unit for 2 days. A temporary inconvenience. Hopefully no more issues for many years!
